This single-phase voltage transformer is specifically designed for electric energy measurement, voltage monitoring, and relay protection in electrical systems with a rated frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz and a rated voltage of 1kV. Structurally, this voltage transformer adopts a cast resin insulation design—a key advantage that enhances its safety and durability. Its core is shaped in a "C" type, with the core column housing the secondary winding. The primary winding and secondary winding are arranged concentrically around the same skeleton, ensuring efficient magnetic coupling and stable voltage transformation performance. The entire external coil is formed via resin casting, which not only provides excellent electrical insulation to prevent leakage but also isolates internal components from moisture, dust, and corrosion, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation scenarios.

In terms of terminal leads, the secondary winding is drawn out through two nuts mounted on the cast body, marked as "a" and "x" for clear identification. The primary winding terminals, labeled "A" and "X", are led out via two high-pressure resistant components integrated into the cast body. These standardized markings and robust lead designs simplify on-site wiring, reduce the risk of connection errors, and ensure long-term stability of the terminal connections.
